  • Systematically reach out to everyone on the target list and engage with them using the custom messaging we created.
  • A consistent message spread to a select audience will lead to referrals and the growth of the original target list.

Screeen


  • Through research, conversation and supporting materials, we will evaluate candidates to see if they are a preliminary fit.
  • Arrange multiple rounds of interviews with Client’s key stakeholders
  • Gather due diligence materials to verify findings.

Close


  • Advise during the offer process to help present a offer that will be accepted in a timely manner.
  • Avoid a bidding war. Candidates generated for our client’s search are not interviewing with other employers.
  • Avoid counter offers. Shepard the candidate through their resignation.

  • The +1 that brings the entire process together, accountability. We are fully accountable to clients and share updates of our efforts including activity reports and call notes.
