- In depth discussion with the client about the names on the Target list, to refine the list and prioritize names on the list.
Engage
- Create and use compelling recruiting messaging that presents an accurate, clear and consistent picture of the client and the opportunity.
- Systematically reach out to everyone on the target list and engage with them using the custom messaging we created.
- A consistent message spread to a select audience will lead to referrals and the growth of the original target list.
Screeen
- Through research, conversation and supporting materials, we will evaluate candidates to see if they are a preliminary fit.
- Arrange multiple rounds of interviews with Client’s key stakeholders
- Gather due diligence materials to verify findings.
Close
- Advise during the offer process to help present a offer that will be accepted in a timely manner.
- Avoid a bidding war. Candidates generated for our client’s search are not interviewing with other employers.
- Avoid counter offers. Shepard the candidate through their resignation.
The + 1, Accountability
- The +1 that brings the entire process together, accountability. We are fully accountable to clients and share updates of our efforts including activity reports and call notes.
- As your recruiting partner, accountability also allows for course corrections in order to adapt to real time feedback from the market.
- We guarantee a minimum number of candidates for each search and a timeline for each search.
